Two Winners Claim Two 5 Card Cash $255,555 Top Drawing Prizes on Sept. 8In a span of just eight hours on the day after Labor Day, more than a half million dollars in prize winning tickets were presented for claim at CT Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill, including two $255,555 top prizes for the lottery’s “5 Card Cash” draw game.
First, Jean Viera of Milford claimed the $255,555 top prize winning 5 Card Cash ticket for August 30 that contained the winning card symbols 4S - 5S - 9S - 2H - 8H.
Later that day, Daniel O’Connor of Stamford claimed another $255,555 top prize winning 5 Card Cash ticket for September 5 with the winning card symbols AH - 5S - 7H - 8H - 10S.
Viera's winning ticket was purchased at Milford Sunoco at 322 Old Gate Lane in Milford. O’Connor purchased his winning ticket at Stateline Stationery at 215 Mill Street in Greenwich. Each retailer will receive a $2,500 bonus from the CT Lottery for selling a 5 Card Cash top prize winning ticket.
