Middletown Couple Claim $3.8 Million “Lotto” Jackpot PrizeAfter CT Lottery’s “Classic Lotto” jackpot rolled to an impressive $3,800,000, Middletown couple, Gregory and Glenda Hilt, compared the game’s winning numbers shown in the morning newspaper to the numbers that appeared on their Lotto “Quick Pick” ticket and discovered an unbelievable and perfect match.
“When I saw that we had six numbers, I started screaming…I couldn’t even get the words out to tell Greg we won,” Glenda told Lottery officials with a laugh. “He came running in a hurry, thinking something terrible had happened, and then I made him look at the ticket to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating.”
The winning
Classic Lotto numbers on February 15 were 4 - 9 - 17 - 22 - 27 - 35. In total, 9,466 winning Classic Lotto tickets were sold for that date, with prizes ranging from $2 to $3,800,000.
