UTILIZING THE ORDER FORM

The CT Lottery understands the busy environment that our Retailers operate in on a daily basis. Utilizing the Bi-Weekly Order Form is a great tool to help you with the following: 

• Scratch games available to order
• New upcoming scratch games
• Scratch games not available to order
• Scratch games that have ended

Your Lottery Sales Representative will deliver an updated order form every two (2) weeks. Your Inside Sales Representative will call you on a scheduled date and time to place a scratch ticket order.

Using the order form will allow you to efficiently order scratch tickets in a timely manner.

Prior to your scheduled order date and time:

• Run an inventory in-stock report from your terminal
• Fill in your inventory in-stock quantity on the order form and determine how many packs you need to order

Your Inside Sales Representative will work with you to evaluate your inventory and ensure proper ordering. Be Ready!

The order form in now available on the website. Having your order form ready when your Inside Sales Representative calls ensures that your order is timely and accurate.
