Torrington Winner Gets High-Fives for "10X Cash" Top Prize WinMichael Yancik, Jr., of Torrington left work early one day to stop and some gas. While he was there, he bought two "10X Cash" 13th Edition scratch tickets. The second ticket contained a number match for a $10,000 top prize. "I scanned the ticket in a ticket checker and then high-five'd it with two guys I knew in the store. They were really excited for me," Michael said. "I'm going to pay some bills with the money, take my son out to dinner, put some new tires on my car...and buy a brand new Giants sweatshirt!"
