August 05, 2011 -- CT Lottery officials announced today that sisters Sarah and Jessica Chiep of West Hartford each claimed their own $200,000 CT Powerball prize won on two separate tickets for the August 3, 2011 drawing.

The winning tickets, purchased by their mother, contained the first 5 numbers drawn in the August 3rd Powerball game, 13 - 19 - 21 - 28 - 49, but missed the Powerball number of 11 that was drawn.

The two sisters, accompanied by their parents, arrived at CT Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill to receive their checks for $136,600 (prize value after taxes).

The winning Powerball tickets were purchased at West Farm Mini Mart, located at 625 Hartford Road in New Britain.  West Farm Mini Mart will receive a $4,000 bonus check from the CT Lottery for selling the tickets.
